| Sean Chang |
Mr. Chang has experience in private equity and
investment banking, including
cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements.
Prior to joining SinoLatin Capital, Mr. Chang was an associate at Arsenal
Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm with offices in New York
and Shanghai, where he focused on specialty chemicals. Prior to this Mr. Chang
worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch in New York. He is
licensed by U.S. National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD / FINRA)
in Series 7 and Series 63 certifications.
Mr. Chang received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from McIntire
School of Commerce at University of Virginia. He is fluent in Mandarin and English,
and currently resides in Shanghai.

| Nina Chen |
Ms. Chen is an associate with SinoLatin Capital,
based in Shanghai. Prior to joining the firm, she spent four years with Javelin Investments,
a boutique investment consulting firm in Shanghai, where she worked on cross border mergers
and acquisitions projects. Her transaction experience in China spans the traditional manufacturing,
food and beverage, franchising, and retail sectors. Before that, Ms. Chen
was an international sales manager at a privately owned electronics company, where she gained
project management and industrial experience. Ms. Chen also worked on a Nordzucker A.G. China
investment project and a Flabeg Shanghai internal auditing & restructuring project as an
independent consultant
Ms. Chen holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Zhejiang University City College.
She is fluent in Mandarin and English.

| Maria de la Rocha |
Prior to joining SinoLatin Capital, Mrs. de la Rocha
was an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank in New York. As a member of the Latin
America investment banking team, she marketed and executed a number of mergers and
acquisitions and capital markets transactions throughout the region. She has experience
in the energy and metals and mining sectors, among others. Her prior experience includes
positions at Guggenheim Partners, Citibank, and Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF).
Mrs. de la Rocha holds an MBA from Columbia University, and B.S. in Business Management
from North Carolina State University.

| Simón Wu |
Simón Wu is a senior analyst for SINOLATIN Capital.
He previously was a consultant for Javelin Investments, a boutique investment bank from USA.
During his stay with Javelin, Simón had consulted 6 M&A/PE cross-board transactions including
hydro generation equipment, temporary power solution, water treatment, plastic valve, home
appliance, and resin commodity.
Simón obtained a full-time MBA degree focusing on corporate finance, which was a collaboration
between Fudan University and MIT Sloan. With the GPA of 3.8, he won a scholarship to study in
University of Zurich for one semester. His bachelor degree was in automation engineering, and
he also worked in the auto industry for 6 years, with most of the experience being accumulated
in business development.

| J. Gregory Arthur |
Prior to joining SinoLatin Capital, Mr. Arthur completed
his undergraduate studies at Middlebury College. At Middlebury, Mr. Arthur focused much of his
research on China's growing influence in Latin America. Likewise, he gained experience in
financial valuation models, particularly in the oil and mining sectors. Mr. Arthur also studied
at the Technical University of Zhejiang in Hangzhou, where he analyzed cases of Chinese
companies' strategies for investing abroad.
Mr. Arthur graduated cum laude with a B.A. in
Economics from Middlebury College. He was awarded with the Kathryn Davis Fellowship for the
Study of Critical Languages. He is a citizen of the United States who grew up in Venezuela
and speaks fluent Spanish, English, Portuguese and Mandarin.

| Angela Ku |
|
Before joining SinoLatin Capital, Ms. Ku worked in the New York office of Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrials Group. She has experience working on projects in the metals & mining, diversified industrials, and aerospace & defense industries. Ms. Ku is also licensed in Series 7 and Series 63 certifications.
Ms. Ku graduated cum laude from Yale University with a B.A. in Political Science. During her time at Yale, Ms. Ku also studied at Peking University as part of a unique joint undergraduate program. As a U.S. citizen born in Brazil, she speaks Mandarin, English, Spanish, Cantonese, and conversational Portuguese.

| Felipe Canales |
|
Before joining SinoLatin Capital, Mr. Canales worked in the Financial Advisory Division at
Deloitte in Monterrey, Mexico where he participated on M&A projects. Previously, he worked for
Airbus in Hamburg, Germany where he participated in the production process of the A380, the newest
and largest commercial aircraft in the market.
Mr. Canales has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico.
He has significant foreign experience in Canada, Germany and China and speaks fluent Spanish, English
and advanced German.

| Tony Yang |
|
Mr. Yang has over ten years of experience in IT while working for Oracle, HP and EDS in US.
His experience is focused mainly on IT project management and system development. Currently,
Mr. Yang is responsible for the IT system at SLC. He also takes up responsibilities as a research assistant.
Mr. Yang graduated from University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Computer Science. He is fluent in Mandarin and English.

| Betty Yang |
|
Before joining SinoLatin Capital, Ms.Yang worked in the Monusine SAS. Previously,
she worked as accountant in SBA Stone Forest Corporate Advisory (Shanghai) Co., Ltd,
which is a member of RSM International, the world's seventh largest accounting and
consulting organization. Prior to that, Ms Yang worked as investment analyst in Tospur
Real Estate Consulting Co., Ltd.
Ms Yang got a master degree with a major business administration from Tongji University.
She is good in Mandarin and English and resides in Shanghai.
