Annie Yu joins SinoLatin Capital

On May 12th, Annie Yu joined the SLC team. Annie Yu's is SinoLatin Capital's office manager, and her duties span the administration HR, and finance areas. Before joining SinoLatin Capital, Ms. Yu worked as office manager at China Renaissance, a Beijing-based boutique merchant banking firm, where she helped set up the firm's Shanghai office. Previously, she worked at Jilin University's Zhuhai College as a university lecturer and as the program assistant for the university's international office. During her five years of employment in different fields and positions, she has accumulated rich experience in the fields of management, administration, HR, and education. Ms. Yu graduated from the University of Auckland in New Zealand with a Master's Degree in Applied Linguistics. Ms. Yu has a wide range of interests including traveling, Chinese calligraphy, sports, writing, and art. She has published three academic papers and edited two English textbooks. Her novels and prose have been published in several Chinese newspapers and magazines, and her work "Cao Tang Wan" obtained the first prize at the Zhuhai Municipal Writing Competition in 2007. Ms. Yu is fluent in Mandarin and English, and she also understands Shanghainese and Cantonese languages. She is a member of the China Translation Association, the Jiu San Association, and the Shanghai Overseas Returned Scholars Association.
